St. Thomas Police officers attended a downtown shelter to assist staff with a belligerent person. On arrival, police arrested a 38-year-old transient person on the strength of an STPS arrest warrant. This person was later released by police with a future court date and conditions to abide by. Ref# ST24000913
St. Thomas Police officers attended a residence in the west end of the city regarding a well-being check on a person. On arrival, police arrested a 39-year-old St. Thomas resident on the strength of an STPS arrest warrant. This person was later released by police with a future court date and conditions to abide by. St. Thomas Police officers attended a west end residence regarding a disturbance inside the dwelling. Through further investigation, officers arrested a 40-year-old St. Thomas resident on the strength of a Strathroy Police arrest warrant. Strathroy Police were notified, attended St. Thomas and took custody of this person for further processing in Strathroy. Ref# ST24000938
Elgin County OPP arrested a 25-year-old Port Bruce resident on the strength of an STPS arrest warrant. This person was brought to the St. Thomas Police station where they were later released by police with a future court date and conditions to abide by. Ref# ST24000944

- No employer will reach out to you through apps like Whats App or Telegram
- No employer will ever pay you in crypto currency
- No employer will ask you to invest your own money
- Use the Canadian Anti- Fraud Centre as a resource to familiarize yourself with current scams and additional ways to protect yourself.
