Intimate Partner Violence
A 36 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested after police were called to a disturbance downtown, Sunday night. A 9-1-1 call alerted police to an altercation involving two individuals. Upon arrival, officers learned the accused had physically assaulted a male victim during an escalating argument. Charged with one count of Assault, two counts of Failure to Comply with Release Order and one count of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, she was transported to police headquarters to be processed and was held for court. Vehicle EntriesÂ
A 41 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested following the report of a vehicle entry. On Sunday, police were called to an address on Wilson Avenue to investigate the report of a vehicle being entered and a bag with several personal items, a wallet and other property stolen. A photo of the bag was shown to police. A short time later, officers on community patrol located the accused with the bag and the stolen property. She was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and transported to police headquarters. Once processed, the 41 year old was released on an undertaking with a future court date. Two impact drills and batteries, valued at $1,500 have been reported stolen from a vehicle on Hughes Street. On Sunday, police were called to investigate the theft that occurred after the vehicle was parked on Saturday night. ST26015236
Warrant Arrest
A 42 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Sunday evening, police were called to a retail store on Talbot Street after being notified the accused was currently in the store. The 42 year old had recently been charged with Theft under $5,000 following a shoplifting incident in July. Once processed, she was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26015259

A bike and a bag of personal belongings have been reported stolen. On Sunday, officers were called to investigate the incident that occurred early Sunday morning. Through investigation, the bike was located and returned however the bag of personal belongings remain outstanding. ST26015230
$75 of meat has been reported stolen from a retail store on Talbot Street. On Sunday afternoon, officers were called to investigate the report of an unknown man, failing to pay for three racks of ribs. Video has been provided to police. ST26015246
