Warrant arrests
A 43 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Thursday May 2nd, officers on community patrol located the individual know to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with our service for Failure to Comply with Release Order, Fail to Comply with Probation and Uttering Threats. The 43 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed, attended court and remanded into custody. ST24007004
A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Thursday May 2nd, the St. Thomas police were notified by Aurora OPP that the individual was in their custody on the strength of our warrant for Harassing Communication, stemming from an incident in April. The warrant was sent to Aurora, processed and the individual was released with a future court date. ST24007048
Wanted
A 33 year old St. Thomas resident is wanted by police after a disturbance, early this morning. Just after 3 a.m. police were called by an individual who reported that an argument between them and their spouse had escalated resulting in the caller being assaulted. Upon arrival, police located the victim who was in need of medical assistance. EMS attended to treat the individual for minor injuries. As a result, a 33 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Probation Order, Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition, Assault with a Weapon, Administer Noxious Substance, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST24007049
