On Friday May 12th, 2023 St. Thomas Police responded to a possible overdose at a residence on the city’s south side.
Upon arrival, officers learned 3 doses of Narcan had been administered but the person remained unresponsive.
The responding officers administered 3 additional doses of Narcan which resulted in the person regaining consciousness and the return of their vitals.
The 30 year old St. Thomas resident was transported to the hospital for further care.
