Police are investigating after a Mountain Bike was taken on Friday from Central Elgin Collegiate. Sometime during the school day a youth’s Orange Trek Marlin 7 was stolen from the bike rack at the school. The lock was cut and the bike removed. A photo of the bike is attached. ST23010503
A 31 year old St. Thomas man is in custody following an incident in the city’s north end yesterday. The male was arrested after it was alleged that he assaulted a female partner causing bodily harm, he forcible confined her and was unlawfully in a dwelling. The male was also arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant. The male was held in custody for Weekend and Statutory Holiday Court appearance. ST23010532
A 36 year old St. Thomas man was arrested and charged late Friday following an allegation of Criminal Harassment. A female ex-partner had contacted police after she was allegedly contacted by the male after being warned to cease communication. The male was arrested and later released by way of police Undertaking and court date. ST23010546
