Warrant arrests

On January 11th, STPS Officers arrested a 49 year old male on the strength of an outstanding 1st instance warrant for theft under. The male was transported to STPS station where he was processed and released with a future court date. ST25000616/ST24022702

Officers on community patrol later located a 33 year old male who was wanted on both an outstanding warrant out of St. Thomas and Sarnia. The male was arrested & processed before being transported to meet Sarnia PS Officers at which point he was released to their custody with a future court date. ST25000664/ST25000440

Earlier this morning, STPS Officers received a traffic complaint about a female walking on the roadway. After locating the female in question, Officers learned she had an outstanding bench warrant after she had missed court for the charges of theft and breach of probation. The female was arrested and transported to STPS station where she was processed and held for WASH court (Weekend and Statutory Holiday). ST25000678

Shoplifting

STPS is investigating after a suspect attended a store in the 1000 block of Talbot Street and stole a number of products. The suspect is shown in the photo below.
