On January 17th, 32 year-old Duke Wilson was arrested and charged for failing to comply with a condition of his Release Order. For the second time in less than a week Wilson attended a downtown business he is on conditions not to attend. He was held for another court appearance and this time was remanded into custody. *910
On January 17th, a 17 year-old male was charged with theft under $5000 after he was arrested by officers on Community Patrol for shoplifting from the LCBO. In addition, he was charged with failing to comply with a Release Order. He was on conditions not to possess any weapons and at the time of arrest he was in possession of a knife. Further, he had an outstanding warrant for assault on an unrelated matter which was executed at the time of arrest. He was held for a court appearance and remanded into custody. *914/920
On January 17th, at around 10pm officers on Community Patrol located a 47 year-old female they recognized as being wanted on 2 outstanding warrants. One was a Bench Warrant that was issued after she failed to attend her scheduled court date and the other was a probation warrant that was issued after she failed to comply with a condition of her probation order. She was arrested and held in custody pending a court appearance this morning. *953
