Arrest Made for Waterloo Regional
St. Thomas Officers were contacted by the Waterloo Regional Police Service on Saturday to assist with an arrest. Officers were requested to assist with the arrest of a 41 year old Waterloo man, wanted on Intimate Partner Violence breaches. The male was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Waterloo Regional Police Officers. ST26015686
Warrant Arrest
Officers were called to the area of St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital last night for reports of 2 unwanted individuals. When dealing with the individuals it was learned that the 35 year old St. Thomas woman was wanted by the Elgin County OPP. Officers took custody of the female and delivered her to Elgin County OPP for processing. ST26015719
R.I.D.E
Officers were out on Sunset Drive last night conducting a R.I.D.E check. Officers checked approximately 250 vehicles, made 7 Roadside Screening Demands, resulting in 1 Warning and 6 Passes. ST26015729
