Intimate Partner Violence
St. Thomas Police laid domestic violence charges after responding to a call regarding a motor vehicle being taken without consent. A 20-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested and charged with Spousal Assault, Assault Cause Bodily Harm, and Fail to Comply with Probation. The accused was transported to Police Headquarters for processing, and held for a court appearance. ST24014927.
Theft
St. Thomas Police are investigating a theft from a downtown business. An unknown individual filled a pink bag with a variety of items and left the store without paying. The incident is still under investigation, and CCTV footage is being reviewed. ST24014938.
Warrant Arrest
St. Thomas Police attended a business in the city’s west end on an unrelated matter, and located a 20-year-old St. Thomas resident that was currently wanted by STPS on an incident from July of 2024. The individual was arrested, transported to Police Headquarters for processing, and released with a future court date. ST24012187, ST24014984.

Robbery
St. Thomas Police attended a west end business for a theft of a bicycle. It was reported to police after the victim confronted the suspect on the bike, and the suspect brandished a knife. The incident is still under investigation, and CCTV footage is being reviewed. ST24015049
Fire
St. Thomas Police attended a residential address in the city’s center regarding a house fire. The fire department investigated and determined the fire to not be suspicious. Victim Services attended to provide assistance to the occupants of the home. ST24015007.
Theft
St. Thomas Police are investigating a theft from a downtown business. Three teenagers were observed and captured on camera, stealing alcoholic beverages. The incident is still under investigation, and CCTV footage is being reviewed. ST2401537.

Fail to Comply
A 20-year-old St. Thomas resident is currently wanted, after being found in breach of a court order, issued on the 24th of August. The accused was previously arrested, and charged for Spousal Assault, Assault Cause Bodily Harm, and Fail to Comply with a Probation Order. ST24015056.
Warrant Arrest
A traffic stop leads to an arrest. A 38-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested after a traffic stop was conducted. The accused had an outstanding warrant from August 6th, of 2024, charges related to a domestic incident. The accused was arrested, transported to Police Headquarters and released with a future court date. ST24013701, ST24015071.
Thefts
St. Thomas Police are investigating a theft from a downtown business. An unknown person attended, selected, and concealed a blue tooth speaker, grabbed a bag of milk, and exited the store, failing to pay. The incident was captured on camera and is still under investigation. ST24015076.
St. Thomas Police are investigating a bicycle theft from a west end residence. An unknown person entered a car port and removed the bicycle. CCTV footage is being reviewed. The incident is still under investigation. ST24015079.
