The St. Thomas Police Service is excited to announce an upcoming event that aims to make a significant impact on the lives of local students. Along with our dedicated community partners at Doug Tarry Homes and Impressions Printing, we are proud to launch the ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive.’ This initiative is designed to equip every student in St. Thomas with the essential resources and supplies they need for a successful start to the upcoming school year.
Our mission is clear: to ensure that every student has the tools they require to thrive in their classrooms and achieve their full potential. With the generous support of our community members, we believe that we can create a positive and lasting impact on the education and future of our young learners.
The ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive’ event will take place at Walmart, located at 1063 Talbot Street, on August 23rd, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Members of the St. Thomas Police Service and Doug Tarry Homes will be at the event, ready to accept generous donations of school supplies.
The ‘Back to School – School Supply Drive’ reflects the heart of our community and demonstrates the collective power of working together for a common cause. We wholeheartedly invite everyone to join us on August 23rd and help us ensure that every child in St. Thomas begins the school year with confidence and enthusiasm.
