Theft
Complainant reported that sometime overnight between 2030-0530hrs his Ford in the driveway on Aldborough Ave was entered into and ownership ,insurance, Garmin GPS, gloves and $3 change was stolen. No damage to vehicle. ST26015102
Intimate Partner Violence
The victim contacted police and advised she was assaulted by her partner. The 45 year old male was charged with Assault and Assault with a weapon. He was held and was released by the court with conditions. ST26015107
Theft
On August 6th between 1200/1600 hours, the victim reports his unlocked vehicle was entered on Myrtle Street in St. Thomas. He advised that 2 pair of sunglasses and a hands-free Bluetooth device was taken from the center counsel of the vehicle. ST26015119
Warrant Arrest
Aylmer Police has a female in custody on outstanding St. Thomas Police Service grounds for break and enter and theft under $5000. She was held for court pending a bail hearing. ST26015135
Impaired Operation
Local establishment staff report a male is intoxicated and leaving in a Dodge Caravan WB on Elm Street. He was confronted by staff, stated he was getting a ride and then left in his vehicle, leaving his identification behind. Police located white Dodge at the residence. The male was arrested for impaired and resisted arrest. He was brought to station and ultimately refused breath tests. Charged with impaired, refusal and resist arrest. He was later released on a appearance notice.
