IPV Break & Enter – In the early hours of February 21, 2026, the St Thomas Police Service attended to a residence in the city after a citizen noticed a male suspect had forced the door open on the apartment. Officers attended and spoke to a female resident who confirmed that her partner and shown up and forced the door open. The female was able to force the male suspect out of the apartment and he fled prior to police arrival. The male was identified and is facing charges of domestic related Break and Enter. ST26003022

Warrant Arrest – On February 21, 2026, a 36 year old male was arrested on an endorsed probation warrant and later released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003047

Shoplift – On February 21, 2026, the St Thomas Police received an online report of a theft that occurred on 20Feb26 at a downtown retailer. A male suspect had selected merchandise from the business and then left without paying for the items. This incident remains under investigation. ST26003050

Warrant Arrests – In the evening of February 21, 2026, members of the Community Response Unit located and arrested a 35 year old male on a bench warrant for Theft Under $5000. The male was later released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003058

Impaired Operation – In the evening of February 21, 2026, a suspicious vehicle was stopped in the industrial area. Through investigation it was learned that the 34 year old male was operating the vehicle while his ability was impaired by alcohol. The male was arrested and charged and later released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003065

Warrant Arrests – In the evening of February 21, 2026, members of the Community Response Unit located and arrested a 32 year old female on a probation warrant. The female was later released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003066
