Warrant Arrest
St. Thomas resident was arrested during a traffic stop on strength of 2 first instance warrants for FTC Probation x2 and Theft under $5000 x2. He was fingerprinted and released on an Undertaking with conditions. ST25012651/ST25008351/ST25005212

Impaired operation and warrant arrest

Police were called to a three vehicle motor vehicle collision where the female driver and female passenger fled the scene.  The passenger returned to the scene and claimed to be the driver, that she was the lone occupant of the vehicle and that she had no recollection of the collision. Other witnesses confirmed that there were two female occupants and that the passenger had not been the female observed to be operating the motor vehicle. A Local establishment was checked and the driver was located inside matching the description provided by witnesses. Both parties were arrested for obstruct Peace officer. Once in custody the driver a St. Thomas resident was displaying signs of impairment by alcohol and was read Standard Field Sobriety Test demand.  SFST was conducted at the station and the driver performed poorly. The driver was arrested for impaired operation and read breath demand – later providing samples of over 3 times the legal limit to operate a vehicle. The driver was also arrested for an endorsed bench warrant with OPP for impaired operation and was a prohibited driver from a previous impaired conviction.  The driver was charged with impaired operation, operation with excess blood alcohol, disqualified driving, obstruct peace officer as well as several highway traffic act charges and released on a promise to appear in court.  ST25012667

Shop Theft

Local lost prevention officer called to report a female shoplifter left the store without paying for merchandise. The female described as black top, black ball cap, short blonde hair and black tights. Female left the store on a bicycle without paying for approximately $200.00 in groceries. ST25012677

Warrant arrest

Police general patrol observed a St. Thomas resident who was wanted on two first instance warrants for possess property obtained by crime and theft under. Both endorsed (ST25010682, ST25011198). The male was arrested and released on an undertaking.
