Warrant Arrests

A 43 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 18th 2025, officers on general patrol observed the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with STPS stemming from incidents in 2024, where they had been charged with Possession of a Scheduled I Substance, Theft under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with Release Order. The 43 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and release on an appearance notice. ST25002702

A 30 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. As the result of a traffic stop and through investigation officers learned the individual was wanted by our service on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000, Failure to Comply with Probation and Break and Enter dating back to August 2024. The 30 year old has been additionally charged with Obstruct Peace Officers after initially providing a false a name. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released to London Police who held an outstanding warrant for their arrest. ST25002704

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. This morning, while on an unrelated call for service, officers located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with Probation. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25002729

Theft

A navy blue, ‘Huffy’ bike has been reported stolen. On Monday February 17th 2025, the owner of the bike called police to report that sometime over the last week, their bike had been stolen from the front of their property. ST25002645

St. Thomas police are currently investigating a theft that occurred at a convenient store in the 500 block of Talbot Street, yesterday. It was reported that an unknown individual attended the store, took 2 – 6 packs of beer and left without paying. Officers are reviewing available video as they continue to investigate. ST25002716

In a similar incident, police are investigating a theft at a convenient store in the 300 block of Talbot Street. In this incident, an unknown individual attended the store, took 1 – 6 pack of beer and left without paying. Officers are reviewing available video as they continue to investigate. ST25002723
