Break and Enter

On Saturday morning police attended a residence in the south end of the city for reports of a break and enter. A 44-year-old male, known to the victim, had broken a door to gain entry into the residence. The male had also been sending hundreds of unwanted messages to the victim. Police located the male and arrested him for Break and Enter and Harassing Communications. The male was transported to police headquarters where he was later released with a future court date. Warrant Arrests

On Saturday morning while responding to an incident in the downtown core, police located a 25-year-old female who was wanted on a bench warrant for failing to attend court to answer to charges of Theft Under $5000 and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The female was arrested without incident and released on an Appearance Notice. ST24006279.

On Saturday afternoon a 27-year-old male and 26-year-old female attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on their warrants. The pair are co-accused in a shoplifting incident that occurred on April 16th. The male and female were arrested without incident and later released with a future court date. ST24006291.

Bail Violations

Late in the morning on Saturday, police were called to an address near the City center for reports of a female in breach of her release conditions. The female is bound by conditions to not attend the address and to not communicate with the complainant. As a result of the investigation, police have requested a warrant to charge the female with two counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. ST24006280.
