Fail to Comply
A 65-year-old St. Thomas resident is currently wanted for failing to comply with their probation order. The individual was to report to probation after being released from custody. Failing to do so, resulted in an arrest warrant. ST26006470
Thefts
A 39-year-old St. Thomas resident was identified in a theft investigation, where a license plate was obtained by the complainant. Police located and arrested the individual. They were transported to Police Headquarters for processing and released with a future court date. ST26006392 ST26006479
A 34-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested by loss prevention at a local retail store. Police attended and the individual was charged, arrested, and transported to Police Headquarters for processing and later released with a future court date. ST26006421
Break & Enter Suspect in Custody
St. Thomas Police attended a downtown business for a break and enter in progress. A witness provided a description of the suspect, that had entered the back of the business and went upstairs. The witness provided additional information that the suspect was leaving on a bike, and the direction of travel. Special Constables on patrol located an individual matching the description and responding officers were able to take the individual into custody without issue. A 45-year-old St. Thomas resident is charged with break and enter, and was held for a morning court appearance. ST26005116
Intimate Partner Violence
St. Thomas Police respond to a call downtown for a male assaulting a female. It was reported that a good Samaritan stepped in to stop the assault. Upon police arrival, two males were separated and a 30-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested and charged with Spousal Assault. The individual was transported to Police Headquarters for processing, and held for a court appearance. ST26006529
