Warrant Arrest

St. Thomas Police arrested a 47-year-old St. Thomas resident, at Elgin County Courthouse regarding an incident that took place there on the 23rd of August. The accused was held for a court appearance.  ST24014927.

Intimate Partner Violence & Flight from Police

St. Thomas Police were called to a residence in the city’s north end, regarding a domestic situation. Prior to police arrival, a 72-year-old St. Thomas resident left the location in a vehicle. Police located the vehicle and attempted to stop it, and was discontinued for public safety. A short time later Police located the vehicle and the accused in medical distress. The accused was transported to the St. Thomas Hospital by Emergency Medical Services. Charges to be laid include, Dangerous Operation, Flight from Police, and Domestic Mischief. Warrant requested. Warrant Arrest

St. Thomas Police arrest a 38-year-old Tillsonburg resident for Theft. The accused attended Police Headquarters to turn themselves in, regarding an incident that took place on the 20th of August. The accused was processed, and released with a future court date. ST24014714, ST24015122.

Fail to Comply/Arrest

St. Thomas Police attended a south side residence, for a report of an individual failing to comply with an Undertaking. The accused was on conditions to not attend that address. Upon arrival the accused had left and couldn’t be located. A short time later, the accused re-attended the address. Police attended and arrested the 20-year-old St. Thomas resident. The accused was transported to Police Headquarters processed and held for a court appearance. ST24015127, ST24015152.

Theft

St. Thomas Police attended a downtown business for a report of theft. Upon arrival Police located a 53-year-old St. Thomas resident. The accused was arrested, charged and released with a future court date. ST24015168.

Fail to Comply

A 20-year-old St. Thomas resident was arrested after being observed breaching a release order for the second time since being issued on the 24th of August.  The accused was previously arrested, and charged for Spousal Assault, Assault Cause Bodily Harm, and Fail to Comply with a Probation Order. ST24015164.

R.I.D.E

St. Thomas Police conduct a RIDE spot check in the area of VA Barrie Park. Approximately 50 vehicles were checked with no infractions.
