St. Thomas Police Service are currently investigating two incidents of assault at separate high schools in the city this week.
On Tuesday May 14th 2024, officers we’re called by the principal of a high school who wished to report that an assault had occurred in class resulting in injury and the victim requiring medical attention. ST24007784
On the same day, St. Thomas Police Service were called by a second concerned parent who wished to report that their child had been assaulted while at another high school in the city. ST24007795
Both incidents of school violence remain under investigation.
