Warrant Arrest
A 31-year-old Wallaceburg resident attended the station to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with a release order. The individual was released from custody with conditions to not attend an address, and was found in breach of those conditions in July of this year. Naloxone Administered
Special Constables attended the downtown area and located a 40-year-old unresponsive male. Three doses of Naloxone were administered by Special Constables. Emergency Medical Services arrived and transported the male to hospital. ST26016507
Thefts
St. Thomas Police attended a west end residential building for a report of a theft. Sometime in the last 48 hours, the complainant reported the license plate stolen off their vehicle. The incident is still under investigation. ST26016511
An online report was received from a downtown retailer regarding a theft that occurred on the 25th of August. The incident is still under investigation. ST26016520
A vehicle was entered just north of the downtown area, and a wallet containing cash, and gift cards was stolen. Four suspects were observed on camera around the vehicle overnight. The incident is still under investigation. ST26016502
Fail to Comply
A-31-year-old St. Thomas man is wanted for 3 counts of fail to comply with a release order. A domestic incident and charges, resulted in a release order with conditions to abide by. An investigation into a disturbance at an east end motel, revealed the individual was breaching those conditions, and is now wanted on outstanding charges. ST26016512
St. Thomas Police were called to a south side residence for a 16-year-old that was breaching an Ontario Court of Justice Sentence. The young offender was to remain inside an approved address between the hours of 9pm and 6am. It was reported that on two occasions recently, the youth was in breach of that sentence. The individual was arrested, transported to Police Headquarters for processing and held for a court appearance. ST26016518
A GPS Monitoring agency reported to St. Thomas Police Service that a 54-year-old St. Thomas male bound by a surety condition, was outside their parameters without their surety. The monitoring agency confirmed information with the surety before reporting to police. The incident is still under investigation, and charges pending. ST26016533
Assault
St. Thomas Police are investigating an assault that took place at a community center. The complainant said they were meeting with a friend, when an unknown individual assaulted them. The incident is still under investigation, while video is being reviewed. ST26016540
Threats
A 22-year-old St. Thomas man was re-arrested for 5 counts of uttering threats to cause death on a social media platform. When in custody originally, the individual raised some mental health concerns, and was taken to hospital for an evaluation. Upon release from the hospital, the individual was brought to police headquarters for processing, and held for a court appearance. ST26016543, ST26016078
