The St. Thomas Police Service would like to thank the Solicitor General for the $1,040,594.00 in funding to successfully transition to the Next Generation 9-1-1 system.
Once implemented, Next Generation 9-1-1 will enable voice, text messages and data to flow seamlessly from the public to 9-1-1 communications centers when emergency assistance is required.
