On the 12th of August 2025 the male was arrested for breaching conditions designed to protect the public and youth by attending a local pool. The male was remanded into custody by the courts and released from the detention center once a he was outfitted with a GPS monitoring device. The male was placed on conditions that included non-attendance within a given radius of the local pool.
