St. Thomas Police Service media release for Sunday November 19th, 2023.

On the 18th day of November 2023 St. Thomas police received a complaint regarding a theft of a bicycle and trailer from a Queen Street address.  The bicycle is a grey and red Super cycle.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS. ST23020363.

St. Thomas Police are currently investigating a fraud where $40,000 was taken from the victim by way of a Crypto Currency investment scam.  The matter is under investigation.  ST230220385.

On the 18th day of November 2023 St. Thomas Police received a complaint regarding a theft of money.  Investigation revealed a 39 year old St. Thomas woman stole money from a male known to her.  The female was arrested and released with a future court date. ST23020386.

On the 18th day of November 2023 St. Thomas Police received a complaint regarding a Facebook scam.  The victim was asked to pay $3000 to join a Lenny Kravitz fan club.  The money was paid however this was not a legitimate club.  The victim later discovered they had been scammed and contacted police.  ST23020389.

On the 19th day of November 2023 just after 4 AM St. Thomas Police received a complaint regarding a robbery at a Talbot Street convenience store.  The suspect entered the store in an attempt to take money from the cash register.  This is an active investigation at this time.  Attached are photographs of the suspect.  ST23020425.
