St. Thomas, ON Friday July 3rd 2026

The St. Thomas Police Service invites residents to attend the 3rd Annual Community Inclusion BBQ on Sunday July 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lakeside Pavilion in Pinafore Park.

Hosted by the Chief of Police – Community Inclusion Council, this free event brings people together to celebrate the diversity of our community, strengthen relationships and foster a greater sense of belonging.

Enjoy a complimentary BBQ, live entertainment featuring a Latin dance group, henna, and an opening Land Acknowledgement and Drum Song led by Cliff Summers. Members of the St. Thomas Police Service, the Community Inclusion Council, and local community organizations will also be on hand throughout the afternoon to connect with residents.

The St. Thomas Police Service extends its sincere appreciation to the St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce and the Elgin St. Thomas Community Foundation for their generous support of this year’s event. We also thank the Optimist Club of St. Thomas for generously providing the BBQ and food service.
