An SIU investigation into the custody injury involving a 51 year old male that occurred on September 26, 2023, has been completed. The SIU has closed the file and no further action is contemplated.
It is the view of the SIU Director that there are no reasonable grounds in the evidence to proceed with criminal charges against the subject official.
