St. Thomas, ON – Monday March 2nd, 2026
On Thursday February 26th, members of the St. Thomas Police Service executed a search warrant at a residence on Elizabeth Street in the City of St. Thomas.
Simultaneously, with the assistance of the London Police Service, members of the STPS executed a search warrant at a residence in London in relation to the same investigation.
As a result of the searches, officers seized:
From the St. Thomas residence:
- Two rifles (.303 calibre and .22 calibre)
- Various ammunition
- 16.8 grams of fentanyl
- Oxycodone, hydromorphone, lorazepam and additional unidentified pills
- Canadian currency
- Cell phones
From the London residence:
- 71.4 grams of fentanyl
- 52 grams of cocaine
- 30.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine
- 195 Dilaudid tablets
- Canadian and foreign currency totaling in excess of $20,000
- Multiple cellular devices and a laptop
- Two motor vehicles
The estimated combined street value of the seized controlled substances is approximately $15,000.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals were charged:
- Michael Cody Baldwin, 38, of St. Thomas
- Jessica Northcott, 31, of St. Thomas
- Dereck Hoover, 49, of St. Thomas
- Angela Ghesquire, 47, of St. Thomas
- Justin McFee, 49, of London
Each faces multiple offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and the Criminal Code of Canada, including possession for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking, firearms related offences, possession of property obtained by crime, and obstructing a peace officer.
A warrant is being sought for Christopher McFee, 26, of London in relation to this investigation.
This investigation involved coordinated efforts between the St. Thomas Police Service and the London Police Service and remains active.
