The investigation into the whereabouts of Devin, age 37 has been taken over by the London Police Service.
While the investigation was initially led by the St. Thomas Police Service, investigators determined that the missing person was last seen in London. The London Police Service has since assumed carriage of the investigation in accordance with provincial best practices related to jurisdiction in missing person cases.

The St. Thomas Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Devin, age 37.
Gender: Male
Race: White
Height: 5ft 10in
Build: Thin
Hair Colour: Brown
Devin was reported missing on August 19th 2026. Family and police are concerned for his welfare.
