A 40 year old St. thomas man has been arrested following an investigation into stolen property. The accused had been charged with one count of Property Obtained by Crime after being identified as the person responsible in theft investigation that began last week. On Monday evening, the 40 year old was located and transported to police headquarters. Once processed, he was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26015879

$2,000 worth of tools have been reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Talbot Street. On Monday, police were called to investigate the theft that occurred at some point in the overnight hours. No damage to the vehicle was reported. ST26015820
