Fraud

A 21 year old Windsor woman charged with Fraud under $5,000 in relation to an investigation into a Facebook Marketplace scam from 2024 has been arrested. On Tuesday, the 21 year old attended St. Thomas Police Headquarters to turn herself in on the outstanding warrant. She was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. Warrant ArrestsĀ 

A 42 year old St. Thomas man wanted by our service on separate charges of Theft under $5,000, has been arrested. On Tuesday, while dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter officers were made aware of the outstanding warrant for arrest after he had been identified as the personal responsible in two shoplifting incidents in October. The accused was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25020291/19765/19604

A 37 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Tuesday, officers on community patrol located the accused who had been charged with Theft under $5,000 after being identified as the person responsible for stealing a bike from an address on Talbot Street in August. He was processed and released on an appearance notice. ST25020316/14057

A 30 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Tuesday evening while investigating the report of an unwanted person, officers located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Comply with Probation. The accused was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on an appearance notice. ST25020318

Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of a theft that occurred from an address on Queen Street. On Tuesday, officers were called to investigate the incident that occurred earlier in the day. It was reported that the purse had been recovered but the victim’s bank card was missing and had been used to make several purchases online. This remains under investigation. ST25020313

A bike has been reported stolen from an address on Talbot Street. The theft occurred on Tuesday evening while the owner of the bike was attending a business in the area. CCTV is available and being provided to police. ST25020321
