Fail to Comply – Intimate Partner ViolenceĀ 

A 33 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Tuesday, officers located the accused at an address of an individual they are currently prohibited from communicating with. As a result, he was charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation and two counts Failure to Comply with Release Order. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed to attend court and was remanded into custody. ST25021547

Assault InvestigationĀ 

St. Thomas police are investigating the report of an assault that occurred in the 500 block of Talbot Street, late Tuesday night. Police responded to area after receiving separate 911 calls in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers located a victim with minor injuries who reported being assaulted. CCTV in the area is available and being reviewed. This remains under investigation. ST25021593

Theft

$50 of merchandise has been reported stolen from a retail store on Talbot Street. On Tuesday evening we were called to the store to investigate the report of an unknown female failing to pay for her items. Staff report she was last seen leaving the area on a red bike. ST25021581

A gas can and jumper cables have been reported stolen from an address on Gladstone Avenue. On Tuesday, police were contacted in regards to the theft that occurred on November 21st. The resident was made aware of the theft while reviewing their home surveillance footage. Video of the incident has been provided to police. ST25021581
