A 39 year old St. Thomas man has been charged with Theft under $5,000 following the report of a stolen bike. On Tuesday officers are called to investigate the report of a bike being stolen from an address downtown. CCTV was reviewed, identifying the 39 year old as the person responsible. A bike has been reported stolen from a school on the northside of the city. On Tuesday, officers were called to investigate the report of the bike being stolen from a bike rack at some point in the overnight hours. This remains under investigation. ST26008592
Bottles of alcohol have been reported stolen from a retail store on Wellington Street. On Tuesday, officers responded to a theft in progress. It was reported that two unknown individuals had concealed multiple items in a backpack before leaving the store, failing to pay. Video has been provided to police. ST26008618

A 31 year old St. Thomas man has been charged after police were contacted in regards to the individual not following the protocol of his court ordered GPS monitoring. Charged with Failure to Comply with Release Order, a warrant for his arrest has been requested. ST26008602
