Arrest Made in Counterfeit Money Investigation
A 39 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested following an investigation related to the use of counterfeit money. On Tuesday, officers located the individual who was transported to police headquarters. Charged with one count of Possessing Counterfeit Money and one count of Use of Counterfeit Money, the accused was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26003643/2419
Arrest Made in Intimate Partner Violence Investigation
As the result of an ongoing investigation into the report of historical incidents involving physical abuse, intimidation and threats, a 52 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. Charged with Assault with a Weapon and Uttering Threats, the accused attended police headquarters on Tuesday to turn himself in. Once processed, he was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26003654
Break and Enter
A garage in the 800 block of Talbot Street has been reported entered. On Tuesday morning, officers were called to the area after an unknown individual was observed in the garage and was reported to have removed several tools, electrical cords and a snowblower. CCTV in the area and is being provided to police. This remains under investigation. ST26003632

A 47 year old St. Thomas man has been charged with Failure to Comply with Undertaking after officers were made aware of the individual communicating with a person they are currently on conditions to not communicate with. A warrant for his arrest has been requested. ST26003652
A 44 year old Middlesex County woman has been charged with Failure to Comply with Undertaking after officers were made aware of the individual making several attempts to contacts a person they are on conditions to not communicate or associate with. Warrant Arrest
A 41 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Tuesday, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service for Theft under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with Probation Order stemming from separate shoplifting incidents in October of 2025. The accused was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and held to attend court. ST26003669
Theft
$80 of groceries have been reported stolen from a west-end grocery store. On Tuesday, officers were called to the area after staff reported an unknown male failed to pay for his items. CCTV has been provided to police. ST26003655
The GPS unit of a bulldozer belonging to a construction company currently developing the Yarmouth Yards site has been reported stolen. On Tuesday, officers were called to the site after employees conducting routine maintenance found the machine to have been damaged and the equipment, valued at $50,000 removed.
