Utter Threats / Resist ArrestÂ
A 30 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested following an incident on Monday. Police were attending a residential address on Miller Street for an unrelated matter when assistance was requested regarding two individuals who were not permitted to be on the property.
While police were directing the individuals to leave, one became verbally aggressive toward police and building staff, threatened an officer, and fled the area on foot. Officers pursued and arrested the individual a short distance away.
Charged with Uttering Threats to Cause Death, Resist Peace Officer, and Fail to Leave Premises When Directed, the individual was processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26002259
Theft
Several items including a key fob and air pods have been reported stolen. On Monday, officers were called to investigate the report of a vehicle entry that had occurred at an address on Talbot Street. No damage to the vehicle was reported. ST26002249
Warrant Arrests
A 44 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Monday, while dealing with individual at an unrelated call for service officers were made aware of an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He had been charged with Theft under $5,000 following a shoplifting investigation on February 4th. The 44 year old was processed and released on an appearance notice to attend court. ST26002264
A 38 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Monday afternoon, officers were called to a retail store on Talbot Street for the report of an individual known to be wanted for shoplifting from the store currently on site. Officers located the accused who had been charged with Theft under $5,000 in relation to an incident at the store in June of 2025. He was processed and released on an appearance notice to attend court. ST26002268
