Theft Investigations 

A red and blue CCM bike has been reported stolen from an address on Alma Street. On Wednesday the owner of the bike reported that it had been stolen from their address at around 3:00 p.m. on October 28th. ST25019850

A red and white, Honda racing mountain bike has been reported stolen from an address on Elm Street. On Wednesday the owner of the bike reported that it was stolen from their address at some point over the last two days. This remains under investigation. ST25019880

Indecent Act 

On Wednesday, police were called at an address on Elm Street to investigate the report of a suspicious incident. Through investigation officers learned an unknown male had approached a city employee working in the area asking about employment. The hiring processed was explained to the male who then exposed himself and fled the area on foot. This remains under investigation. ST25019854

Prescription Fraud

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of a fraudulent prescription. On Wednesday, officers were called to a local pharmacy after staff had received a prescription written by a doctor no longer practicing medicine. This remains under investigation. ST25019881

Warrant Arrests 

A 34 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Wednesday, the individual had been charged with Failure to Comply with Probation Order after missing his morning court date. On Wednesday afternoon, the accused attended the Elgin County Courthouse to address the outstanding warrant. He was processed, made a court appearance and was later released on an appearance to attend court in November. ST25019886

A 45 year old London man has been arrested. On Wednesday, London Police called to report that they had the individual in custody on the strength our outstanding warrant for two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000 and Possession of a Scheduled 1 Substance – Opioid in relation to an incident in St. Thomas in July. Officers attended LPS to take custody of the man who was transported to St. Thomas police headquarters, processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25013585/19895
