Intimate Partner ViolenceĀ 

A 39 year old London resident has been charged after officers responded to a residential break and enter. On Wednesday morning, police attended a southside address after a 911 call from the residents inside, stated someone had gained access to their home. Through investigation, officers identified the 39 year old as the suspect. The individual had left the area prior to police arrival. The accused has been charged with one count of Break and Enter and one count of Criminal Harassment. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25022741

A 39 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday evening, officers located the accused who had been charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm following an incident that occurred on Tuesday. The individual was transported to police headquarters, processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25022779

Theft

A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested following a shoplifting incident. On Wednesday, officers were called to a retail store on Talbot Street to investigate the report of an individual, known to staff, failing to pay for their items. Officers located the accused a short distance away. The individual was charged with Theft under $5,000, processed and released on an appearance notice with a future court date. ST25022757
