Warrant Arrests
CRU units located two wanted parties during down town street patrols. A 45 year old male and a 32 year old female from St. Thomas were both arrested on endorsed bench warrants and released on a promise to appear with a future court date. ST25012707 ST25012714
Police on general patrol located a 35 year old female wanted on a endorsed bench warrant. Police arrested the female and released her on a promise to appear with a future court date. ST25012722
Intimate partner violence
The victim reported that her boyfriend threw her into a mirror and choked her. He then struck her garden shed with his vehicle, almost running her over and fled in his grey truck after consuming alcohol. He was located at his parents’ residence. He was arrested, provided ASD demand and failed. He was transported to the station for breath tests which resulted in him providing samples over the legal limit of 80mg in 100ml of blood. He was charged with mischief x2, assault, assault cause bodily harm- choking, uttering threats, dangerous driving and impaired over 80. Released on Undertaking with conditions. ST25012738
Intimate partner violence
The victim called reporting that she was pushed to the ground on the front lawn by her husband. Her husband fled the scene and police have ground for his arrest for assault. A warrant is being sought for his arrest. ST25012743

A Neighbour, called police to report that the victim was pushed to the ground by her ex-boyfriend, who had been drinking. Police arrive and arrested and charged the male with assault – spousal. He was released on Undertaking with conditions. ST25012765
