Impaired Operation

A 24 year old London resident has been arrested and charged with Operation while Impaired and Operation while Impaired – Plus 80 after we were called to an address on the northside of the city early this morning. Just before 12:30 a.m. we attended the area to investigate the report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, officers located the accused who had driven to the address and engaged in a verbal dispute with their former partner. While speaking with the individual, officers formed grounds of impairment. The 24 year old was arrested and transported to police headquarters where a series of breath tests resulted in a readings of 190 mg/100 ml, an excess of two times the legal limit. The 24 year old was transported to police headquarters, processed and later released with a future court date. ST25016225

Breach of Probation

A 31 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after we were called to a disturbance Sunday morning. At 9 a.m. we were called to a southside address to investigate the report of two individuals arguing. Upon arrival, we located the parties involved and through investigation learned the accused was currently on release conditions to not communicate with the other person involved. As a result, the 31 year old was charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Probation Order and transported to police headquarters to be processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. Arrests

A 33 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Sunday, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for Assault stemming from an incident in August. The 33 year old was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25016186/5100

A 20 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Sunday, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5,000 after being identified as the person responsible in shoplifting incident from Saturday. The 20 year old was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25016191/6081
