Fail to Comply
A 48 year old St. Thomas woman has been charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, Failure to Comply with Release Order and Failure to Comply with Probation following an incident on Sunday. As the result of a 911 call, police learned the accused was at a residence she is currently on conditions to not attend. A warrant for her arrest has been requested. ST26000580
Warrant Arrest
A 23 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Sunday, the London Police Service notified us of an outstanding warrant for the individual. The accused had been charged with Assault with Weapon and Uttering Threats in relation to an incident that occurred in London. Officers located the 23 year old who was transported to police headquarters, processed on an undertaking with LPS and later released. ST26000582
Theft / Drug Charges
A 43 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Sunday evening, police were called to a retail store on Talbot Street to investigate the report of a theft that had occurred. A description of the individual was provided to officers who located the accused a short distance away. She was charged with Theft under $5,000 and transported to police headquarters. A search incident to arrest, found the individual to be in possession of a quantity of suspected Hydromorphone. She was additionally charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance. Once processed, she was released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26000597/0598
