A 19 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after we were called to a southside neighbourhood to investigate the report of a suspicious person. Just after 5 a.m. this morning we attended the area and located the individual outside of a residence. The 19 year old was charged with Trespass by Night and Mischief, transported to police headquarters and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25014301/4302
Theft
A 43 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after being identified as the person responsible in a shoplifting incident that occurred in June. On Sunday evening, officers located the individual who was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25014286
RIDE
St. Thomas police are pleased to report that of the vehicles stopped and their drivers spoken to during a RIDE check in the city this morning, no infractions were found. STPS thanks the community for continuing to drive safe and sober. ST25014297
