Impaired Operation
A 46 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. At approximately 3:15 p.m. on Sunday April 21st 2024, police received a call from a concerned citizen who believed the driver of a vehicle may have been impaired. A description of the vehicle and its driver were provided and officers were able to locate the vehicle and conduct a traffic stop. As a result, the 46 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Operation while Impaired (80 plus), three counts of Operation while Prohibited and one count of Driving while under Suspension. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released with a future court date. ST24006338
Warrant Arrest
A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Sunday April 21st 2024, STPS was notified by London Police Service of an outstanding warrant for the individual that pertained to an ongoing investigation in London. The 40 year old was located by St. Thomas police and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released to LPS. ST24006328
Failure to Comply
A 47 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Sunday April 21st 2024, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on outstanding charges stemming from an incident the day prior. The 47 year old was charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST24006280/6335
Threats
A 17 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Sunday April 21st 2024, officers were called in regards to threats that had been made between the accused and another teen. Through investigation, police formed grounds to charge the 17 year old with two counts Utter Threats. The individual attended police headquarters where they were processed on the charges and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24006345
