Fail to Remain / Resist Arrest
A 37 year old man has been charged following a fail to remain collision involving a parked vehicle. Officers located the driver, who was found to be suspended. During the arrest, the male fled on foot but was quickly taken into custody without incident. Charged with Fail to Remain, Drive While Suspended, and Resist Peace Officer, the 37 year old was processed and later released on an appearance notice to attend court. ST26006312
Theft / Shoplifting
Police are investigating multiple theft incidents reported over the weekend:
At a Talbot Street grocery store, approximately $200 in merchandise was reported stolen by a female suspect. The vehicle was captured on video and provided to police. The investigation is ongoing. ST26006311
In a separate incident, officers responded to a theft in progress at a Wellington Street grocery store and located a 28 year old woman nearby. She was arrested and charged with Theft Under $5,000, transported to police headquarters and held to attend court. ST26006330

Warrant Arrests
Two individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants.
While attending a call on Wellington Street, officers identified a 43 year old woman wanted on an outstanding warrant. She was arrested and released on an appearance notice. ST26006334
In a separate incident, a 28 year old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Theft Under $5,000. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held to attend court. ST26006325/4890
Fail to Stop
Police attempted to stop an e-bike operator after observing a traffic violation on Edward Street at First Avenue. The operator failed to stop and fled the area. ST26006355
Breach of Probation
Police responding to a call for unwanted parties arrested a 39 year old man for breaching his probation conditions. He was processed and released on an appearance notice to attend court. ST26006314
