A 19 year old St. Thomas man charged with one count of Utter Threats stemming from an incident earlier this week, has been arrested. Last night, while on an unrelated call for service with the accused, officers were made aware of the outstanding warrant for arrest. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25019972/19761
A 45 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Thursday morning, police were called to an Edward Street address for the report of a suspicious person in possession of several bikes. Police attended the area and located the accused who was known to police to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Failing to Comply with Release Order issued earlier this week when he failed to attend his court ordered probation. The man was transported to police headquarters, processed and released with a future court date. The bikes were tagged and lodged with our property management unit. ST25019728/19926
A 40 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Thursday, while dealing with her on an unrelated call for service officers were made aware of an outstanding warrant for arrest. The accused had been charged with one count of Theft under $5,000 after a shoplifting incident in September. The woman was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on an appearance notice with a future court date. ST25019930/16149
A 72 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. The accused had been charged with one count of Sexual Assault stemming from an investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation Branch of the STPS. The 72 year old was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25019977/19825
Theft
St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of a stolen cell phone. On Thursday morning, police were contacted by a local organization who wished to report a client had their cell phone stolen while attending a program. CCTV is being provided to police. ST25019932
