Failure to comply
A 27 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Thursday January 11th 2024, officers were called to investigate the report of an individual attending an address they are conditions to not attend. The 27 year was located a short distance away, arrested and transported police headquarters where they were processed for one count Failure to Comply with Release Conditions. Threats
A 40 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Thursday January 11th 2024, officers were called to an address in the west end of the city for disturbance between two individuals known to each other. Through investigation, police formed grounds to charge the 40 year old with one count of Mischief under $5,000 after damage to the interior of the home was observed and one count of Utter Threats – Cause Bodily Harm as a result of the disturbance. The St. Thomas was arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST24000538
