Assault
A 45 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested after police were called to investigate a family dispute that had occurred. On Thursday, officers attended an address at the west end of the city for the report of an individual being assaulted by a member of their family after an argument had escalated. Through investigation officers learned the accused had slapped and choked the victim while arguing. The 45 year old, charged with Assault and Assault Cause Bodily Harm was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. Break and Enter Investigation
St. Thomas police are investigating the report of several recreational trailers being entered. On Thursday, officers were called to a storage facility in the city to investigate the report of the trailers, owned by separate individuals, being damage and entered. A timeline of possible entry and a list of stolen items are being provided to police as this remains under investigation. ST26002016
Warrant Arrest
A 47 year old St. Thomas man has been arrested. On Thursday evening, officers were dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter when they were made aware of an outstanding warrant for arrest. The 47 year old had been charged with Mischief and one count of Indecent Acts stemming from separate incidents in May of 2025. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and held to attend court. ST26002028/2030
