Assault
A 53 year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested. On Thursday officers attended a northside address to investigate the report of an assault that occurred between tenants of an apartment building. Through investigation police learned two individuals known to each other were involved in an argument that led to the accused assaulting their neighbour. Charged with one count of Assault, the 53 year old was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and later released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST26015518
Theft Investigations
A case of beer has been reported stolen from a convenience store on Talbot Street. Early Thursday morning, officers were called to investigate the report of an unknown individual failing to pay for the item. CCTV has been provided to police. ST26015501
Keys and electronics have been reported stolen from a vehicle parked on Margaret Street. On Thursday, police received an online report of the incident that occurred Wednesday night. No damage to the vehicle was reported. ST26015546
A 44 year old St. Thomas man has been charged following a theft investigation on Thursday. Police were called to investigate the report of two boat motors being stolen from an address on Confederation Drive. Through investigation, officers identified the 44 year old as the person responsible. A warrant for his arrest has been requested. ST26015523
