Fraud Arrest
On Friday morning, a 44 year old London woman attended the police station to turn herself on charges in relation to a fraud investigation undertaken by the Criminal Investigations Branch. The female is charged with Fraud Over $5000, Use/ Act on Forged Document, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000. The female was processed and later released with a future court date. ST24000399
Mischief
Sometime overnight on Thursday an unknown person broke a window to a business near the downtown core. The business owner noted the damage upon arriving to work on Friday. Nothing appears to be taken and it is not believed that the suspect(s) made entry. ST24005328.
