Bail Violations – Police are investigating after the report of a 47 year old male who failed to comply with a condition of his release to report to the John Howard Society. A warrant has been requested at this time. ST26002968

Fraud – Police are investigating a complaint of fraud in relation to missing funds raised from a memorial fundraiser held in the City earlier this year. Under investigation. ST26002969

Theft – Police spoke with a female party wishing to report her cellphone was stolen from a recreational facility in the downtown core. Video of the incident was reviewed by Police to assist with the investigation. ST26002985

Food Fraud – Police attended a restaurant in the downtown core that reported a male suspect had left the restaurant after making no attempt to pay for his food which was valued at $69.79. The incident is currently under investigation. ST26002991

Theft –  Police attended a retail establishment in the north end of the City in response to a 47 year old female who had stolen merchandise from the store. Police located the female who was arrested and charged with one count of Theft Under $5000.00. The female was released on an Appearance Notice. ST26002992

Warrant Arrest – Police were contacted by Middlesex OPP who had arrested a 44 year old male in relation to a warrant held by OPP and the St. Thomas Police Service. Release documents were sent to the OPP who executed them on behalf of STPS. ST26002995

Theft –  Police attended a retail establishment in the south end of the City in response to a female party who had stolen merchandise from the store. The matter is under investigation. ST26002996

Fraud –  Police attended a retail establishment in the north end of the City after staff members reported that a male party had taken clothing items from the store and subsequently returned them to customer service in exchange for money. Staff members further advised that the same male had conducted similar offences in the London area. Under investigation at this time. ST26003000

Warrant Arrest – Police located a 35 year old female who was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants. The female was held in custody for a morning court appearance. ST26003008

Impaired Driving –  Police responded to a traffic complaint regarding a male doing a burnout at an intersection in the southeast end of the City. Police located the driver who had an odour of alcohol on his breath. The driver was issued a lawful Approved Screening Device (ASD) demand and refused to provide a breath sample to Police. The male was placed under arrest for Refusal and released on an Appearance Notice. ST26003014

Intimate Partner Violence – Police responded to an apartment in the downtown core after a caller observed a male party banging on the door before kicking it in. The victim was able to push the accused out of the residence prior to police arrival. Through investigation, Police learned that the male and female were formerly involved in an intimate relationship. The 34 year old male is to be charged with one count of Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence and a warrant has been requested at this time. ST26003022
