Theft:
On Thursday the 27th of November a resident in the east end of the city found that their unlocked vehicle had been entered overnight. The victim was missing a wallet that contained ID, bank cards, and an apple air tag. The air tag was traced to wear it was left in a receptacle at a nearby business and video is being obtained of the incident. The matter is under investigation. Incident ST25021658.
On Thursday afternoon we received a call from the LCBO that a male had attended and left without paying for two bottles of alcohol totaling over $200.00. Video was reviewed and the male was identified by attending officers. A warrant is being sought for the 29-year-old male, charged theft under $5000.00. Incident ST25021663.
On Thursday evening we received a call from an east end business that a female had entered the store and left without paying for merchandise. The female is described as wearing a purple ski mask, a reebok hoodie, and black tights – last seen leaving the area on an e-bike. Video is to be provided and the matter is under investigation. Theft of E-bike:
On Thursday night we received a report that from a local resident e-bike had been stolen from the front porch of a residence they had been visiting south of the downtown core. The missing e-bike is described as a mountain bike form factor, light blue in colour with front and rear fenders and fat tires. Video to be provided by neighbours and the matter is under investigation.
