BREAK AND ENTER

Officers on Community Patrol attended a storage facility in regards to lockers being broken into.  It was learned that sometime overnight the perimeter fencing had been cut and suspects entered 6 of the locker units.  The investigation is continuing.  ST23006410.

WARRANTS

Officers on the downtown beat located a 30 year old St. Thomas woman yesterday afternoon that was wanted on an outstanding warrant.  She had missed court for her charges of shoplifting.  She was arrested without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  She was later released with a future court date.

Officers on Community Patrol were called to a St. Catherine Street address on an unrelated matter when they located a 17 year old St. Thomas man who was wanted.  The male had missed a Provincial Offences Act court date.  He was arrested without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. He was later released with a future court date.

Officers on Community Patrol attended a 5th Avenue address last night in regards to a disturbance.  A 19 year old St. Thomas man was arrested on an outstanding warrant without incident.  He had missed court for charges of uttering threats, mischief and Failing to comply with his sentence order.  He was transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. He was additionally charged with Uttering threats, Mischief , fail to comply with his release order and fail to comply with his youth sentence in relation to the incident last night.  He was held overnight for morning court.
