THEFTS

Yesterday Officers on Community Patrol attended a downtown grocery store after reports of a theft.  At 2:40pm a female loaded a grocery cart full of food and  exited the store without paying.  She is described as wearing a medical mask, dark coat, light shirt and dark pants.  ST23006320.

A restaurant in the 800 block of Talbot Street reported yesterday at 3:00 pm a male entered their store and stole the tip jar off the counter.  The male is described as being in his mid 40s, 5’11” tall, medium build, wearing blue jeans, a dark top, a black ball cap and carrying a backpack.  He left and walked eastbound on Talbot Street.  ST23006319.

THREATS

Officers on Community Patrol attended an address on Parkside Drive yesterday afternoon for an  unrelated matter when they had to intervene in a heated verbal argument between two people.    A 58 year old St. Thomas woman was arrested without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  She was charged with Utter threats to cause bodily harm or death.  She was later released with a future court date.
