On April 9th, 2025 at approximately 1:45 PM police attended a south end residence to arrest a 50 year old male for manslaughter and arson – disregard for human life. Police utilized a distraction device to affect this arrest.
This arrest is in relation to the homicide investigation from July 3rd, 2024, at 20 Hiawatha Street, St. Thomas. The male has been transported to the St. Thomas Police station and held for a court appearance in the morning. More information will be released as it becomes available.
